Consumers [§ 13 BGB (German Civil Code)] have a lawful right of revocation.
Note of revocation:
You have the right to revoke your contractual statement without stating reasons, within 2 weeks, in writing (e.g. Letter, e-mail, fax) or by returning the goods. The revocation period does not commence earlier than after receipt of this note. To meet the revocation time limit, it is sufficient to post the revocation or the goods in time. Effects of withdrawal:
In the case of a valid cancellation, the services received on both sides shall be returned and possible benefits thereof (e. g. interest) shall be surrendered. If you cannot refund the received service to us totally or partly or only in worsened condition, you must carry the cost to the extent of reduced value. If the goods are not in a pristine condition we may claim compensation for loss of value. This does not apply if the damage to the goods is solely due to inspecting them, as would be possible in a retail shop. Incidentally, you can avoid the obligation to pay compensation by not using the goods as an owner would, and by refraining from actions causing their value to be impaired.
Goods suitable for being sent as a package are to be returned. Goods not suitable for being sent as a package shall be collected at your place. You have to bear the cost of returning, if the good delivered corresponds to the good ordered and if the price of the returned good does not exceed the sum of 40 Euros, or, in case of a higher price of the good, if you have not yet returned the consideration or a contractually agreed part payment at the moment of revocation. Otherwise, you will be exempt from charges for returning the good. You have to fulfill obligations of reimbursement within 30 days after sending the revocation.

Widerrufsfolgen
Im Falle eines wirksamen Widerrufs sind die beiderseits empfangenen Leistungen zurückzugewähren und ggf. gezogene Nutzungen (z.B. Zinsen) herauszugeben. Können Sie uns die empfangene Leistung ganz oder teilweise nicht oder nur in verschlechtertem Zustand zurückgewähren, müssen Sie uns insoweit ggf. Wertersatz leisten. Bei der Überlassung von Sachen gilt dies nicht, wenn die Verschlechterung der Ware ausschließlich auf deren Prüfung - wie sie Ihnen etwa im Ladengeschäft möglich gewesen wäre - zurückzuführen ist. Im Übrigen können Sie die Wertersatzpflicht vermeiden, indem Sie die Sache nicht wie ihr Eigentum in Gebrauch nehmen und alles unterlassen, was deren Wert beeinträchtigt. Paketversandfähige Sachen sind zurückzusenden. Nicht paketversandfähige Sachen werden bei Ihnen abgeholt. Sie haben die Kosten der Rücksendung zu tragen, wenn die gelieferte Ware der bestellten entspricht und wenn der Preis der zurückzusendenden Sache einen Betrag von 40 Euro nicht übersteigt oder wenn Sie bei einem höheren Preis der Sache zum Zeitpunkt des Widerrufs noch nicht die Gegenleistung oder eine vertraglich vereinbarte Teilzahlung erbracht haben. Anderenfalls ist die Rücksendung für Sie kostenfrei. Verpflichtungen zur Erstattung von Zahlungen müssen Sie innerhalb von 30 Tagen nach Absendung ihrer Widerrufserklärung erfüllen.
