3.1. The representation of the products in the online-shop is not a legally binding offer, but an invitation to order. All offers are valid while stocks last, unless stated otherwise. Errors excepted.
3.2 By clicking the button "order now" / " Bestellung abschicken" in the last step of the ordering process, you submit a binding order of the products included in your shopping cart. The sales agreement is concluded when we accept your order with a confirmation of order per e-mail.

The date of order and the general terms and conditions are sent to you by e-mail. After the order is submitted, for safety reasons, the wording of the contract is not available on the internet any longer.

Consumers [§13 BGB (German Civil Code)] have a lawful right of revocation.
Note of revocation:
You have the right to revoke your contractual statement without stating reasons, within 2 weeks, in writing (e. g. Letter, e-mail, fax) or by returning the goods. The revocation period does not commence earlier than after receipt of this note. To meet the revocation time limit, it is sufficient to post the revocation or the goods in time. Effects of withdrawal:
In the case of a valid cancellation, the services received on both sides shall be returned and possible benefits thereof (e. g. interest) shall be surrendered. If you cannot refund the received service to us totally or partly or only in worsened condition, you must carry the cost to the extent of reduced value. If the goods are not in a pristine condition we may claim compensation for loss of value. This does not apply if the damage to the goods is solely due to inspecting them, as would be possible in a retail shop. Incidentally, you can avoid the obligation to pay compensation by not using the goods as an owner would, and by refraining from actions causing their value to be impaired.
Goods suitable for being sent as a package are to be returned. Goods not suitable for being sent as a package shall be collected at your place. You have to bear the cost of returning, if the good delivered corresponds to the good ordered and if the price of the returned good does not exceed the sum of 40 Euros, or, in case of a higher price of the good, if you have not yet returned the consideration or a contractually agreed part payment at the moment of revocation. Ohterwise, you will be exempt from charges for returning the good. You have to fulfill obligations of reimbursement within 30 days after sending the revocation.

6.1 The prices stated on the product pages are inclusive of VAT and other price components.
6.2 Shipping costs depend on the amount of goods ordered, and on the mode of dispatch. You shall be informed explicitly about the shipping costs before ordering. An overview can be found on the page "shipping".

7.2 Die Lieferzeit beträgt im Regelfall 3 Werktage. Auf evtl. abweichende Lieferzeiten weisen wir auf der jeweiligen Produktseite hin.

8.1 Payment is effected either by cash on delivery, by invoice, bank transfer, direct debit, or credit card.
8.2 If you chose the payment mode of prepayment, we will give you our banking details in the confirmation of order, and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.
8.3 You are only entitled to the right of set-off, if your counter-claims are legally established by a court, or undisputet, or acknowledged by us in writing.
8.4 You can only exercise the right of retention as far as the claims arise from the same contractual relationship.
