Development and Prototyping
The origin of every component is in the construction of prototypes and models. This is where the ideas of the designer or constructor are given shape, and where they are reworked until the design and function of the resulting model exactly meet the specifications. Now a tool can be built for the following production (mould construction).
In our development and model construction department, high-skilled personnel make your ideas ready for series-production.
Thermoplastics
By deep-drawing, the most diverse plastic components can be produced, such as coverblinds for headlights, protector-shells for motorcycle boots, different plastic shells and casings.
CNC-Technology
A CNC-controlled milling-machine is used for milling the contours and the notchs necessary for assembly into the components.
Glassfibre- and carbonfibre-reinforced plastics
In our laminating department, glassfibre- and carbonfibre-mats are laid in a mould and imbued with resin. After the resin is cured by a chemical reaction, the finished component can be demoulded (cf. photo: lamination).
For large-scale moulds, a glassfibre-resin-composite is sprayed into the mould with a special spraying machine and cured afterwards.
GFRP/CFRP-finishing
In the finishing department, all GFRP and CFRP-components are cut, controlled and stored until shipping.
